Overall Satisfaction with Wrike

We use Wrike to keep our projects on track. We use it to assign tasks, set deadlines, and stay updated on progress. It’s been good for coordinating team efforts, and making sure everyone stays on the same page.

  • Could do with improved onboarding
  • Cost savings compared to Jira
We haven't used AI features much yet.
Intuitive to use, and nice to look at. Less confusing than Jira. Customisable.
It's slightly more simple than Jira, but more usable for projects that don't require the complexity of Jira. Still can handle complex projects.

It's good for project management, but for very complex projects it can sometimes be not detailed enough.
