Overall Satisfaction with Wrike

management of creative asset production with internal design team and task management for various projects with emphasis on event planning.

Pros

  • ability to leave comments and one click approval within a design file
  • tagging and notification options

Cons

  • interface is cluttered visually. Would be nice to be less text heavy
  • too much clicking within folders to get to an individual task
  • it's better than our team having no PM tool
it may be set up to configure in a way to be more usable, but knowing how to configure it for your team and needs is not made clear
I don't get to choose the PM tool in my Team. I would advocate for other tools like Asana, Monday, etc

Do you think Wrike delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Wrike's feature set?

No

Did Wrike live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Wrike go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Wrike again?

No

There are much better PM tools out there - many of them used more universally and for a larger scope of products. I hate having one internal team that prefers Wrike for their type of work when the rest of the company uses more widely known PM tools for everything else. Would love to see Wrike configured in a way that lends itself to managing IT, web and more long-term projects.
