Overall Satisfaction with Wrike
We have been using Wrike since Feb 2024, and it's an amazing tool for managing projects, resources, and time. It is simple and easy to align resources, track the progress, and provide visibility to everyone to show who is working on which project. I was very new to Wrike, but the Wrike support team was always ready to help navigate the features and make the best use of all the available features. As an admin, tagging the person in the comments made it easy to notify the collaborators and avoid the bunch of emails, helping us to utilize time in a productive way. Adding attachments and adjusting the dates due to various reasons and those getting reflected is much appreciated. I would recommend Wrike as a great collaborative, project, and people-managing tool with everything under one umbrella. I primarily used it to allocate tasks to resources, track progress, make adjustments to the timeline (on a need basis), and notify the team of what's assigned to them. I really enjoyed it as I got to know the simplified features and the benefits it offered, unlike Jira, which was not so. I would highly recommend Wrike, who wishes to manage their projects successfully.
Pros
- Assigning task.
- Notifying team members and visibility.
- Tracking progress.
Cons
- Notification to generate detailed reports of each member every month on time spent and projects worked.
- Notification to be sent to a member that their due date to close the task is approaching, and they should complete it.
- Saved costs.
- Saved time.
- Transparency and visibility.
We haven't invested in the AI automation features as we wanted to master the basics first. I may do it shortly.
It is more flexible, has better features, is simple, and is easy to navigate and customize.
