Overall Satisfaction with Wrike
I love Wrike. Our company used to use Workfront and Wrike is so much better. Once you learn the system it's easy to navigate, manager your tasks and find what you're looking for. I use it to both input projects for my subordinates to work on, as well as managing my tasks that my supervisors have put in for me.
I love that it plans out schedules, takes into account time off and lets you check the status of projects along the way. You can see if someone is lagging on their task and you know exactly when the task is done or it's time for you to do your part.
I'm really happy our company switched to Wrike. It makes my everyday life at work so much easier.

Pros
- Schedules task timelines. Input your task and time it takes and it automatically schedules them.
- Easy to create templates for projects that are done repeatedly so it's easy to create schedules for workers
- Finding task descriptions and information is very easy
Cons
- Some employees get confused findind descriptions of projects and tasks. Some people put directions in main task which is confusing for people with individual tasks. Not sure how to address it
- notifications are a lot and a little hard to decide which ones you need and don't
- Adding in start dates and end dates can be a little wonky sometimes and throws off entire project
- You have to be really careful checking off stuff to make sure you aren't closing entire project
- It has saved me probably 5-6 hours a week tracking projects for myself and subordinates after initial set up
- My stress level has gone down now because it's so easy to find what I'm looking for all in one place
- I love that I can acutally see all the upcoming projects in one place and know what's coming down the pipeline even if i'm not personally involved in the project
So much better! It's so much easier to manage projects and tasks in Wrike. Input is easier, finding work and documents is easier. Everything about it is better. I would literally walk away from the computer in frustration at times while trying to find or add things to Workfront. No more headaches with Wrike
