Overall Satisfaction with Wrike
We currently use Wrike as our main IT ticketing system as well as for some Project Management. It has served us well for the price. Collaboration between teams is one of the benefits of using Wrike. While it is not primarily an IT ticketing system, it has worked for us for over 6 years now.

- Better end user communication
- End User Forms could be use some more features
- Automation of tasks has saved us time and money
