Overall Satisfaction with Wrike
We use Wrike to manage the creative tickets project. This helps us stay organized and also provides a historical record to look back on. Overall, we've been able to stay on task better and ensure that each project achieves its stated goals versus getting side-tracked or losing sight of the original project intent.
Pros
- Detailed, customized intake forms.
- Overarching view of tasks/workflows for the team.
- Ability to add creative feedback directly on the file.
Cons
- Ability to customize notifications per project vs profile.
- Different views of the task dashboard.
- Figuring out how to use the reporting tools to actually create efficiencies.
- Prioritization amongst business units (i.e. hiring less resources).
- Source of truth/documentation or better information sharing during onboarding/instances of team turnover.
- Software consolidation (i.e. no smartsheets!)
monday.com is useful for other project management needs. However, we've found that Wrike is best for creative project management and cross-collaborative initiatives. Our project management team believes it's also the best platform for resource management and the ability to see how different tasks stack up in a Gantt chart.
