Overall Satisfaction with Wrike

Wrike allows us to easily keep track of all of our projects at any given time. We create content for our employees to engage in continuing education, and Wrike allows us to track the progress of the tasks that we need to do to keep our projects on track effectively. We used to use it in a scrum-type fashion, but we no longer do, and we weren't using it as effectively as we could have when we were.

Pros

  • Allows you to track dates of projects
  • Allows for collaboration on all different types of projects
  • Allows for cross-team collaboration

Cons

  • The reports function
  • Pulling data easily from boards
  • Going back to the way subitems used to be (end of 2024, beginning of 2025)
  • Improved collaboration across multiple teams within our department
We haven't utilized the AI feature within Wrike. I assume the test group within our organization didn't find Wrike AI helpful enough for what we use it for. If it comes at an added cost, that is something that would've had to have been decided on at a more executive level than I am.
I give it an 8 out of 10 because I genuinely don't think our organization is using Wrike to the best of its ability, but I also know we don't have the time or capacity to look into it more right now. Outside of the reporting, what we have so far is sufficient for our needs.

Do you think Wrike delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Wrike's feature set?

Yes

Did Wrike live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Wrike go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Wrike again?

Yes

Wrike is a great project management tool for people who have never used one. It's easy for beginners to pick up just by starting with one. It's very user-friendly, for the most part (as long as you watch what you're doing), and it's efficient for small project needs. If you need highly detailed reporting and don't have the time to do it manually, the reports from Wrike could use some work. We've tried multiple times to find reports that could help make reporting on what we're doing in Wrike more efficient, and they just don't hit the nail on the head there.

Yes - The mobile user isn't as friendly as the others I've used. It still feels too large for the app to function well truly. I think I'm using it in the browser, not the mobile app. I'd love to see some updates to this in making it more user-friendly for on-the-go work.
