Wrike is used for different departments to send and review materials (web or print) that our marketing team puts together.

Fewer options to make it easier/Customization of the platforms many functionalities

Return on Investment

A software like Wrike is needed to keep our company aligned, focused and in clear communication. It has challenges in terms of getting so many people to be able to learn the software and switch processes.

AI and Automation

I have not used these features yet, but I am glad to hear that Wrike has them.

Because this is exactly why we purchased Wrike and what we use it for. It is the only software we have for this function and it helps keep all categories of projects for different departments and events in accounted for.

Alternatives Considered

Trello, Airtable and Adobe Marketing Cloud

The visuals are appealing and make it user friendly. It is similar to adobe programs with functionality for approval and editing of documents.

It's great for our marketing team collaboration, so we can streamline the approval process and know where projects stand. The challenge is when you need a quick turnaround time on something, then email or chat may be easier for smaller or shorter projects.
