Overall Satisfaction with Wrike
We use Wrike to keep track of our cross-channel tasks & send reports to clients to keep them up to date on deliverables. This helps all team members stay on the same page & allows the client partner team to include instructions, files, etc. in one place for the team to refer back to.
Pros
- Stay on top of deliverables
- Easy to learn the system
- Many different view options available
Cons
- Report section sometimes glitches
- Allow to download a view of the report
