submitting tickets and tracking projects (specifically reoccurring tasks) this includes multiple team members and the collaboration across teams
Pros
- All information is in one place
- email notifications are sent
- easy to access the platform
Cons
- to many options and unclear where to mark a projects progress
- takes time to understand all the features
- resistance to go into the app
- we manage offshore teams via Wrike so that has been a time saver
- we use more resources within the platform
- all team members have access
