Overall Satisfaction with Wrike

submitting tickets and tracking projects (specifically reoccurring tasks) this includes multiple team members and the collaboration across teams

Pros

  • All information is in one place
  • email notifications are sent
  • easy to access the platform

Cons

  • to many options and unclear where to mark a projects progress
  • takes time to understand all the features
  • resistance to go into the app
  • we manage offshore teams via Wrike so that has been a time saver
  • we use more resources within the platform
  • all team members have access
i understand it and its learnable but its not the most fun format to read and catch up with
differnt platform and different user features

Yes

great for large teams but not the best at properly tracking projects with milestones from a visual perspective. I think the visual fonts and format could make the platform easier to use and a little more gamification would be helpful
