We use Wrike as the primary project management tool for our global Onboarding function, bringing on new customers in to our organisation as well as reimplementing and enhancing existing customers.

We don't use the AI features, the automation has helped us speed up a lot of tasks though.

I don't personally build the workflows but I'm told it's easy enough to do, as an end user I find them very straightforward and easy to understand.

Yes

Very good for project plans/task lists/collaborating with team members. Also great for reporting on multiple projects and managing workstacks. We do struggle with the flexibility of the system sometimes and building manual reports is tough, but that could be just how we've built it.
