Overall Satisfaction with Wrike

We use Wrike as our main project management tool in our Marketing, PR, Communications and Advertising space. It serves as a job request initiation point, as well as keeping track of communication about projects and monitoring the approvals process. This is our 'one source of truth.' As a manager, it helps me keep a bird-eye view of all projects in our pipeline.

I see this as the main reason we use Wrike. If you are unsure how to automate a particular workflow, there most likely is a well-written guide or tutorial waiting for you in their help sections which they do a good job of keeping up to date. It does take a little bit of time up front to establish the proper workflow that will work for you, but it'll pay dividends later down the line.
Wrike is completely customizable. I began my project management tool in Monday, but really established myself when I switched to ClickUp. I felt like I wanted to keep some similarities to how I worked in ClickUp when our company made the switch to Wrike, and I was able to mimic what I already had, which made for a more seamless transition.

Wrike is well suited for tracking multiple projects in various stages of development. I can rely on its dependencies to trigger new tasks. It's helpful to have everyone in our company on the same PM tool and it eliminates confusion for how to properly request a kickoff to a new job.
