Overall Satisfaction with Wufoo
Wufoo links are provided on a site I previously worked on (previous job). Our customers would click a link and answer the questions to provide the office with valuable feedback. We also used wufoo to collect required data to help our rental, maintenance & accounting departments. It does a great job at providing us with important information we needed to know in order to move forward with our jobs.
- Notification is real time. Once a customer fills out the form & submits, it is sent to the email of your choice.
- The records stay on file for a long time and users can pull monthly, quarterly, annually ... reports to see any reoccurring patterns.
- Wufoo is user friendly.
- I wish if a customer answered question 1 (lets say it chose a name to who they worked closely with) that the name would then filter in the remaining questions. Say they answered Jane Doe for question 1, then question 2 would say something like: Overall performance of Jane Doe was (choices provided)
- It would be nice if unlimited rules could be implemented for each survey.
- Really, all of the above (faster lead conversion, increased employee efficiency & better customer service)
- One drawback I would say is that some customers want to speak with employees rather than communicating electronically. This is also why I like adding my work contact information within the survey/questionnaire so customers may contact me with any questions.
Wufoo sends all the customer responses to my email and I don't continually need to log in to see if any new information came in. With Surveymonkey I have to sign in to get a link or send out an email with the survey link, and with Wufoo I add a link once to a website and anyone call fill that survey out.
