Wufoo is always a solid choice for freemium and low-cost forms
Overall Satisfaction with Wufoo
We use Wufoo for any form (lead gen, contact, market research) where we want to ensure we'll be able to log all submissions. Have the option to transfer them to a different program for analysis or use (Google Docs, Email Marketing, CRM, etc.). Wufoo's extensive catalog of integrations makes that easy.
Pros

Cons
- Wish there was more customizability with how the form looks embedded on a website.
- Wish there was better onboarding or a smaller learning curve for more advanced customizations.
- Making it easy, quick (and sometimes free) to build a form or two when otherwise we'd need expensive development.
- Keeps the flow of information in our important systems updated immediately, keeping our marketing process efficient.
They all have very similar freemium and low tier plans, so it comes down to what exactly you need and what you can live without. However, I highly suggest paying up to at least remove branding to keep all your forms on-brand to build trust with your clients and partners.
