Overall Satisfaction with Wunderlist
This is a personal use App and should be used as such. However, I have had such tremendous success using it, I recommend it as a "must have APP" for all my direct reports and their teams. In my humble opinion everyone should be using Wunderlist and getting the enhanced (Paid) version from the App store.
Pros
- Tracking tasks.
- Alerts to Tasks that are due.
- Capturing all thoughts in a single App.
- Capturing Notes while in Meetings.
- Keeping any notes organized.
Cons
- iPhone App could be updated and UI improved slightly
- Sometimes connectivity between iPhone App and MAC version gets broken or is slow to update
- Tracking tasks is simple.
- Maintaining on-going notes/thoughts etc is simple and effective.
- Being able to share anything I want in most convenient ways is great!
Anytime you are trying to capture LISTS, organize them, potentially share them Wunderlist is the best 'system' from within which to do that. I have tried all the rest like Evernote, MS OneNote (train wreck) etc., but find Wunderlist to be much, much better for me at least. You cannot go wrong with Wunderlist! I highly recommend!

- Staying in touch in a very simple way without the need for constant messaging like texting, Slack, Glip or any of that other nonsense.

- Get people outside of my directorate to use it
- Start integrating customers into it to use on certain engagements
