Overall Satisfaction with Xactly Incent

It is currently used for our sales department and it eliminates the need for manual work to support over 500 sales reps.
  • It is user-friendly and the interface is simple and easy to understand.
  • Certain things can be more dynamic, such as when making selections in the people section.
  • More reporting functions.
  • Definitely positive impact because the sales team finds it beneficial to be able to see live data of their commissions.
Forma is more dynamic but lacks in complexity and Xactly is simple and can handle complex plans.

Ideal for big sales teams to avoid manual calculations. Perfect for complex plans. It lacks a little in the reporting functions such as reporting rates.
