Overall Satisfaction with Xactly Incent
We currently use Incent to process the payment for the sales representatives that sell our product. It addresses the important problem of paying on time, reliability, and most importantly, we want it to be as clear and painless as possible.
- Friendly end-user Interface
- Great for dashboards
- Easy to configure once the learning curve is over
- Good support
- Some of the tabs are Flash based so it requires going back and forth activating and deactivating access.
- Some of the config interface is old.
- It times out the session seemingly at random
- Easy to provide support to
- Less time is spent creating spreadsheets
- It has some automatically created dashboards so it's easier to interpret without spending a lot of time going through the data.
We use Xactly cause simply it's a "one tool does it all" type of implementation, instead of having multiple tools we can just have one centralized hub of information and a repository for all our new and previous plans while also having the results and the payment information available right then and there.
