Ease of use and great ROI
Overall Satisfaction with Xactly Incent
Mostly for commissions being paid out to sale folks. We link it to Salesforce and pull the data over to Xactly. I love the ease of use and dashboards provided. We've been using it for about 2 and a half years. Love the newly updated dashboards and search filters. Thanks all for the time!

We are [using our own sales performance analytics and benchmarking data] but that would be outside of my department.
My department mainly uses the compensation portion. I'm sure others would benefit from these features.
