Incent is used by our Sales team - I do not have visibility across other groups.
- Tracks progress to plan.
- View details of commissions.
- Poor UX.
- Slow update time from Salesforce to Incent.
- Better integration to Salesforce (links to opportunities driving commissions).
- Allows me to track progress to quota.
- Allows me to plan financials and see commissions before direct deposit.
We have independent commission calculators that would be nice if we could integrate them into Incent.
