Overall Satisfaction with Xactly Incent
Xactly Incent [is] used across several lines of business [including] globally, to facilitate sales compensation admin (governance, payouts, compliance), etc.
- Incentive dashboards
- Data processing and reliability
- Analytics
- Positive is global governance and compliance [and helping] with financial audits
- Negatives [include] the cost and effort of implementation [and the] support from Xactly Incent could be improved.
[It's a] work in progress, just got enough to land live within the company [and] this is the next step.
[While] provided, [it is] not currently [being] used. [However, it is] on [our] 2022 roadmap to investigate and use [the] additional features.
Frequently [via the] automated data updates.
HR [uses] Xactly Incent for attrition data [from] sales.
