Xactly Incent offers many programmable options required to design complicated and unique commission plans and calculate commissions automatically. The customer service team responds promptly to inquiries, and the case portal used to contact their team helps you track any issue from beginning to resolution. It is time-saving and helps us to reduce manual calculations for commission bonuses and other incentives. With Xactly Incent our team can be more productive and mitigate any risks or human error. Xactly Incent also helps sales reps to have visibility of their monthly commissions earned through their incentive statement.

  • Gives visibility to Salesforce of commissions earned with supporting detail.
  • The amount of storage for revenue data is great and uploaded quickly into the system.
  • Availability to edit a user's email address.
  • Exporting a list of profiles.
  • Saves 4-8 hours of manual calculations at the end of every month.
  • Salesforce appreciates being able to access their commissions statements online and dig through the details themselves.
Accounting uses the calculations from Xactly Incent to accrue and book commission expenses for the company. Payroll uses the commission calculation from Xactly Incent to pay the Salesforce.
We are not using these broader solutions at this time.
The integration has helped us remove any revenue data manipulation mitigate risk as well as provide our external auditors peace of mind.

Xactly Incent offers many programmable options required to design complicated and unique commission plans and calculate commissions automatically. The customer service team responds promptly to inquiries, and the case portal used to contact their team helps you track any issue from beginning to resolution. The only complaint I would have about Xactly Incent is the unavailable feature to edit the address in a user's profile. Also, the capability of exporting all of the user profiles to excel would be a huge win, but it is not currently available.
