Overall Satisfaction with Xero
We are a startup technology company. We selected Xero as our accounting package of choice. It is incredibly easy to use and do our financial reports. It helps us to keep track of all sales, expenditure, cash balances, P&L and balance sheet. I would highly recommend this to others.
- Excellent cashflow management software
- Very easy to set up for multiple currencies to support billing customers in different markets
- Excellent management account reporting
- Only issue we had was when auto generating invoices from Braintree to Xero for our customers. The API was more difficult then we thought. We are still fixing issues with API generating multiple invoices for the same customer.
- I would like to see a better P&L format so you can easily see every month going from left to right. The default view is always the last three months.
- Normally you would spend up to $2500 a month on accounting fees. However, with Xero, this is significantly reduced as you don't need as much bookkeeping to be done.
- So easy to use, you can keep on top of all expenses, bills and customer sales.
- QuickBooks
Much better value for money than QuickBooks and much easier to use
