Overall Satisfaction with Xero

It is used by the finance team. We use it for all accounting purposes for our United Kingdom company and all the international subsidiaries.
  • It's very user friendly and intuitive.
  • Does well what it's supposed to do.
  • Integrates easily with other apps.
  • Can't work with two different companies at the same time, on a different tab for example.
  • It doesn't allow to do a one off address change or contact person change in a sales invoice.
  • [I feel] it could use a cashflow function
  • I'm not in a position to answer this question.
Everything is easy and intuitive.
Everything is cloud based in our organisation so Xero cloud deployment plays right with that.
It integrates well with Webexpenses and ApprovalMax but not sure how well with Google's or Microsoft's workspaces

Yes

It's very good for it's price, so very convenient for small businesses. But it's not the most practical when working with different companies at the same time.
