Overall Satisfaction with Xero

We use Xero in our business for invoicing and tracking expenses.
  • Simple and easy to use.
  • Great for reconciling bank statements.
  • Great Marketplace of add-ons.
  • One of the more expensive systems.
  • Very difficult to send deposit invoices.
  • For the price of Xero there aren't many improvements and updates.
  • We are able to invoice clients easily in multiple currencies.
  • Easy and simple to use.
  • Decreased time spent on accounting.
We moved from FreshBooks to Xero as FreshBooks didn't allow for more advanced accounting and invoicing in multiple currencies.
Xero is simple and easy to use; however, the UI could do with an update.
The user-based permissions make it easy for team members to login to Xero from multiple places.
We're able to integrate Xero with our bank easily making bank recon seamless.

In South Africa, it is the best option for us as we don't have Stripe. It works well and is easy to use. We are now using extra add-ons to Xero from the marketplace like Xero projects which adds a whole feature list.
