Overall Satisfaction with Xero
I use Xero for invoicing, reconciling our monthly revenue and spending, and providing our accountants with the information they need for our various tax returns and payments. It’s a great tool for helping us compare and track our revenue with previous quarters and years and simply automates the way we receive payments and track our expenditures and revenue.

- Easy view of overdue payments
- Real-time view of the financial health of the business
- Occasionally, the price increases and I feel that prices should be fixed for long-term users as there are very few changes in the software from when I started using it 6 years ago.
- It would be useful to have the emails sent with invoices saved.
- Visual dashboards are limited.

By reducing our administrative costs through the software.
I find Xero much more intuitive and easy to use.
