Overall Satisfaction with Xero

We use Xero for our invoicing. It allows us to track our invoices and quotes all in one place and integrates with our CRM. It also provides information about overdue invoices and sends automatic reminders which is helpful.

Pros

  • Multi-currency options

Cons

  • Allocate certain projects invoices to certain contacts within an organisation
  • Helps us to follow up on overdue invoices
  • Gives a good account overview for customers quotes and invoices
It is user friendly and has clear filtering options.
I'm not sure as it was already implemented when I started with the business.
We have integrated with another product. Some functionalities are not easy to configure and means we have to manually edit our invoices once they come through to Xero.

Xero can integrate with other products for invoicing and contact creation. Sometimes, a customer will have one contact for a project and a different one for another project, so the ability to assign contacts to certain invoices through automation would be good.
