Overall Satisfaction with Xero
We use Xero for our invoicing. It allows us to track our invoices and quotes all in one place and integrates with our CRM. It also provides information about overdue invoices and sends automatic reminders which is helpful.

Cons
- Allocate certain projects invoices to certain contacts within an organisation
- Helps us to follow up on overdue invoices
- Gives a good account overview for customers quotes and invoices
I'm not sure as it was already implemented when I started with the business.
