Overall Satisfaction with Xero

We use Xero as our accounting tool. We don't have any 1099 employees or contractors so our business is pretty straightforward. We just want to know what our margins are, what our revenue and expenses are so that we can keep track of our progress and then file for taxes at the end of year.

Expenses and revenue are easy to add. It syncs with Gusto and it runs pretty much every report we need to see our real time numbers and file for taxes
100%. It has saved us hours of time and paying for an accountant
I simply hit sync on payroll and Gusto sends it right over
Xero doesn't have quite as in depth stuff, but the interface is way easier and simpler to use

We have just 5 employees all W2 so sycning that with Gusto has been a breeze. We have about a 1mil annual revenue and a number of expense streams and Xero does a great job of remembering them so we just have to select "ok" and it adds everything. Really easy to use and add items, I just wish there were a couple more reports for business tracking.
