Overall Satisfaction with Xero
Xero is mainly used for accounting purposes. It helps in the seamless management of the accounts and also helps in payroll, accounts receivable and accounts payable accounting also. Xero is very user friendly and the interface always helps in navigating through the records easliy. The Reporting is also very good which helps in extracting the numbers as and when needed

Xero is a cost-effective solution as it helps in saving overhead costs of IT maintainance, staff, software purchase and upgrade. The accounting process has been greatly improved with the help of Xero like in generating the desired reports and filing tax returns. The cloud access is also helping to work faster than usual and acheive the objectives within the deadlines
Xero is more suitable for small and medium enterprises. Intacct is more suited for large scale operations. Reporting is more fluid and more customizable in Intacct than Xero. Both the applications fare well in case of the third party integrations.Consolidation and entity support for the Xero and Intacct are pretty much the same. Xero is more user friendly than Intacct which is more feature rich.
