Overall Satisfaction with Yesware
Yesware is being used across the whole organization. It has been a very useful tool mainly to ensure our customers received our communications and it has proven to be a fantastic follow-up tool as well.
- Email open tracking.
- Templates are great.
- The overall user interface is not the most intuitive visually.
- Has helped to be timely with follow-ups.
- Has showed us which emails/links are opened and which aren't.
