Overall Satisfaction with Yesware

We used Yesware to track emails and campaigns to see how many emails were being opened and by whom. I believe the whole company had access to it. It worked well but lacked some integrations we needed.

  • Links clicked.
  • It showed us if our message was resonating.
  • Efficacy of email cold calling.
  • Who was actually reading emails and how often.
We ended up changing from Yesware to Groove due to some functionality and integrations we needed like SFDC and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. We wanted to be able to track inmails and upload LISN leads automatically.
