Overall Satisfaction with Zapier
We used it as a plugin to integrate with HubSpot CRM Software. The purpose of us using Zapier was to connect HubSpot with our form fills (leads) that were coming from our landing page and automatically generate a list using those specific leads in HubSpot so that our sales team could easily access them.
- It is one of the only tools we could find for contact automation for HubSpot.
- Customer Service is pretty good and they get back to you in a timely manner.
- This plugin broke on us COUNTLESS times.
- We became so frustrated with the fact that the connection kept breaking - we got rid of it and found an alternative.
- It broke on us without us even knowing! So we ended up losing 2 months worth of form fills (leads) which could have been converted to customers.
We now use BreezingForms and manually enter our leads into HubSpot until we are able to find another tool that has the capabilities of Zapier but actually works correctly and doesn't constantly break on us. It has been a challenge for our company to find another tool with the capabilities of Zapier.
