It gives the opportunity to check out the job market needs for students. It also showcases the competition in the higher education industry. ZipRecruiter helps the school with recruitment and retention of faculty and staff.

- It enables users to use mobile-friendly job alerts.
- It provides the status of job applications.
- It has a skills proficiency segment for candidates.
- It can provide an estimated salary range for positions posted.
- There can be value for a reference section-you can load in perspective individuals to use as references in ZipRecruiter. Depending on the position candidates apply for, they can select the references for the positions.
- ZipRecruiter can offer special deals for a limited time for small businesses and entrepreneur job postings.
- ZipRecruiter can offer a "Veterans Select Resources" where Veterans and/or transitioning military candidates can find jobs where they are military friendly. Many veterans have a wealth of experience but are often screened out by other applicants--such a loss for so many organizations wanted to be successful and profitable.
