ZipRecruiter Review

I am a senior recruiter for my organization and I use ZipRecruiter (and ZipIntro) for most of my Industrial related positions. We pay a premium to advertise our jobs on the platform. We also use it to search for resumes and host virtual interviews. This biggest issues we face are searches not working property and candidates who are not qualified for the job coming up in searches. We also see a lot of un completed resumes and duplicate resumes for the same jobs. Our main business problem is the lack of skilled candidates.

We do received a large amount of candidates for certain industries in different states however most of the time the candidates are very un qualified and have no skills related to the position. Sometimes we are able to find warehouse candidates that have the skills required but most of the time we do not hear back from them.

I don't believe there AI matching tool has helped with weeding through resumes. It seems to be the same type of people when you do a search on your own vs using any type of AI. I feel like ZipRecruiter needs to re test this option and improve it as the results are not great.
