Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Analytics

Virtually any type of adhoc data mining that I need to perform. Its interface makes it easy to create reports dashboard, basically any visualization needed for BI analysis. It works seamlessly with most of my cloud computing software.

Pros

  • Generating Tables and graphs
  • Creating Dashboard using drag and drop
  • Customization and filters for technically challenged

Cons

  • The AI responses to questions asked in layman's terms not always accurate
  • They could add a few more default spreadsheet features that are integral to Office/Google Workspace
  • More Fonts available in the Dashboard Creator
  • ROI is complete
  • Cost associated with funding tool are outweighed by the benefits
  • Incorporating the Zoho Vault secret usage allows us to get great insight on the usage of all tools
I have a higher standard for software criteria - customer service is a contributing factor - Therefore the small support team causes delays when trying to resolve issues with results in the tool
There is always room for improvement
The cost for the functionality is considerably lower than the other tools that I considered. While the other tools offer advanced functionality above anything Zoho Offers - I do not require the advanced features that would justify the additional investment
