Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Analytics (formerly Zoho Reports)
We use Zoho Analytics to analyze business data by creating reports and dashboards for our company. It is being used by our Sales and Operations Team. It helps us solve the issue of a place to store our data and to analyze it in order to accomplish more of our business goals.
- I like that the interface has simple drag and drop elements that make it easy.
- Interace as a whole is very easy.
- Being able to collaborate within dashboards online.
- Integrations are great.
- Sharing reports can be a pain, I wish you could just simply email from the software.
- The AI element of the software could definitely be improved.
- Embedded analytics option.
- Helps us make decisions based off of analytics.
