Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Analytics (formerly Zoho Reports)

We are
using Zoho analytics to manage all of our data and to make the reports for each
client and its basic implementation in our company is to determine sales
strategies and coordination among our departments.I alam also utilizing it to
make sales strategies and prospection of strategies. It has helped us in
decision-making for our business by processing the analysis of data to find out
if we have missed any opportunity.

Pros

  • A helping tool to organize the data.
  • CRM synchronization is pretty good.
  • Reporting has become quite easier.
  • A lot of customization options.
  • Automation of reports makes it a great helping hand.

Cons

  • The setup of the tool is a bit difficult.
  • Setting the tool for initial use is much difficult.
  • Formula configuration looks messy at times.
  • This tool has paid us a lot more than we paid for it.
  • We are now able to generate more sales by its capacity of tracing the data.
  • Analyzing is awesome to make the links efficient and accurate.
  • As the sales are more than before so we have seen an efficient difference in the ROI.
  • Zoho Analytics has saved a lot of our time by focusing directly on sales.
The overall end-user experience is magnificent as our company is rising high with every passing day and our departments are coordinating in a well way too. Its CRM synchronization, reporting, and automation are pretty good and have a lot of wonderful features that have made it a highly important tool for our company.
The multiple benefits of Zoho include that it is scalable, it allows us to analyze the data of our company and we can make a report of it that is helpful in further in-depth analysis. So overall it is fully equipped with wonderful features.
Our
organization has found Zoho Analytics the best Data Manager and Reports
organizer so far, so we don’t have any other option to recommend. It’s easy,
convenient, and precise to boost your sales.

Analytics is very much convenient for almost all sales organizations as well as
for the companies related to Information Technology as well as it has the
capability to synchronize data from CRM. It is a multitasking tool that helps in
saving time by working on multiple data and reports at the same time. Custom
reporting dashboards of Zoho are a good way to track the data.
