Overall Satisfaction with Zoho CRM
Zoho CRM was used at a previous company I was employed at. The company focused around e-commerce on a social media platform. That platform is in form of a radio giant who hosted over 500 stations across the U.S. Zoho was used as the main CRM for all of our customer data and product information. We would create campaigns and email automation using the tools provided to streamline our daily operation. It was used by the sales department mainly and had oversight by management and directors. It would address lead generation problems, sales management, account management, commission, and revenue management.
- The User Interface is a definite strength. The layout of the CRM is much similar to SDFC (Salesforce) and allows company branding.
- The modules available for companies to incorporate with their daily operation.
- The analytic and reporting tools available to capture all data within the CRM.
- More syncing and collaborating with third-party applications (i.e. MS outlook, gmail, etc.)
- Training videos of how to use the modules.
- Faster lead conversation
- Increased productivity
- Better account management
- Convenient for email marketing
Salesforce is too expensive for a small start up.
