Overall Satisfaction with Zoho CRM

It was used as a CRM along with some email marketing.
  • CRM has all the features that you normally will need.
  • It could improve the way it looks in the front end but especially in the back end.
  • Improved email communication not only with clients but also inside the organization.
  • Automated a lot of the funnel steps.
I think Zoho CRM is a good starting point but I chose Infusionsoft over Zoho CRM
Zoho CRM is a great tool for CRM beginners.
