Overall Satisfaction with Zoho CRM
We currently use Zoho CRM to manage our client contact information and overall opportunity management.
- It's easy to create new reports based on the data that you want to see.
- It's easy to update fields once you have your templates created.
- The product comes with common export functionality.
- The tool requires too much customization to get it set up for common functionality that would expect to be out-of-the-box.
- Unable to use easily with mobile devices and support.
- The response time was slow when requesting new pages and documentation files.
- There is 1 report that I use on a regular basis to manage forecasting needs; and, it's an easy report generate and export for distribution. Other than that 1 report, I do not regularly use the product reports or other data.
After using Salesforce, interacting with Zoho CRM was not intuitive and a frustrating experience; and, ultimately it's limitations spurred the decision to seek an alternative that will help us lay the foundation for our expected growth over the next 3-5 years.
