Overall Satisfaction with Zoho CRM
We use it to track deals and record touches. We are a small company so everyone uses in some capacity. Management peers into zoho to the number of deals that will immeniently close. Sales uses it to track their pipeline. At times, it is also used to determine ownership of a deal as some clients overlap.

- sometimes i only have a little bit of info and its usually enough to find what i am looking for
- basic layout
- some CRMs can get too elaborate and busy
- zoho is nice and simple
- it is generally pretty stable
- I can only thing of 5-6 times in three years it was not accessible
- adding data to the client page
- it takes too many clicks of the mouse to do so
- click edit, then click inside the box, input data then save
- it would be nice to the primary stay stationary while being able to scroll the rest of it
- for instance being able to see the phone number and names while still scrolling down thru all the notes that had been written
- it would be nice to have the ability to choose frequently used statuses for the notes
- LVM, left mesg, sent email, etc
- again, i only know zoho from a user standpoint
- providing an example such as ROI is not in my purview

Zoho is similar to ACT (simple, easy to use and very straightforward)
