Overall Satisfaction with Zoho CRM
It's being used to manage leads and prospective persons/businesses to partner with as my company hopes to grow and expand our network and achieve more users/clients for our software platform. It helps save time by sending out mass emails, and keeping track of the phases of development we are in relationships with our leads.
- Streamlining the process of lead generation from outreach to follow-up to forming partnerships and everything in between.
- The dashboards and pipeline reports are great for a quick snapshot of where your company stands/what is your company's progress for various desired reports.
- The customization and formatting of mass emails and being able to save specific templates allows for personalized outreach, without the fear of odd formatting glitches.
- The difficulty in customizing roles for the basic edition...it was hard to control the access levels of certain information to various roles.
- There were often glitches when looking for, adding, or updating leads...sometimes they would be entered into the system more than once and there was no way to double-check it without extensive research.
- The fact that you could only see a certain number of leads per page
