Overall Satisfaction with Zoho CRM

Zoho CRM is used across the entire organization.
  • Pricing is fair.
  • Decent support.
  • Nothing is integrated; very choppy.
  • Everything is a module with a different login; CRM, Analytics, Connect.
  • Basics functions are missing; cannot duplicate a folder.
  • Limited functionality; can only have 5 dashboards.
  • Zoho CRM is a low cost, average CRM.
  • Zoho CRM will help organize and report on small sets of data.
Zoho is not seamlessly integrated. The system is fairly easy to use once.
Zoho is fairly priced, but it seems to have the product flow it takes quite a bit of customization.
I have used and evaluated Salesforce.
