Overall Satisfaction with Zoho CRM

We use zoho crm to collect leads from different sources. It helps us know which is the best source for lead generation.
Also it greatly help us aling sales.

It allows me to customize the view and also lets me change the status of the leads as per their nature.
I have also used Zoho Campaigns along with Zoho CRM so it helped me plan very dedicated workflows.

We have closed 2 deals last month and the good thing is that we are able to understand what is working for us and what is not.
These references are very important to build a robust sales and marketing strategy. Zoho CRM has an option to nurture lead at every level.
I particularly found HubSpot more costly than Zoho.
In addition to this, Zoho has multiple product options like Zoho bookings, Zoho Campaigns
in such a situation, it becomes very easy for us to use and track billing.

Lead management is a very tedious task.
Before ZOHO CRM we use to manage things on excel which takes lots of manual effort.
Zoho CRM helped us manage leads very well and let us emphasis on campaigns that are working for us and also helped us know
campaigns that are not working. Overall we are very much satisfied with the Zoho CRM
