Overall Satisfaction with Zoho CRM
Zoho CRM is pretty much the core of our business. We have all the key information there. Some of our business problems are that we didn't have a way to future use with our customers until we found Zoho. Now we are happy to work with a tool that helps us bring the best of our company into a single source of truth.

Customer retention is really good, you can schedule tasks and emails to be on top of your current clients. However, sometimes those emails land in the SPAM folder and you lose some money and effort. On the other hand, task management is really good, because you can contact the customer when needed and you can drive some sales.
To be honest this tool was already implemented at the company when I started with them. But what I can tell, is that I've worked with multiple CRM tools in the past and Zoho is the best one. It's a piece of cake to work with the tool, it's really flexible, the learning curve is short, and you can derive multiple benefits from the tool.
