Overall Satisfaction with Zoho CRM Plus

Zoho CRM is used by our whole organisation. With our previous product, we had limited options for customising modules and workflows and a terrible helpdesk feature. Zoho CRM is incredibly flexible and configurable, which a fully functional helpdesk feature to suit our needs.

  • Cost is high
  • Positive ROI where manual tasks have been cut down in man time since things are automated now.
Zoho is mid-priced and offers excellent features for the price compared to other CRMs.
I would give a 10, but the support for weekends costs extra which cost then a rating down to 9.

The live chat support is the best I've received from any company we use. All support reps are very knowledgeable with excellent skills.
