Overall Satisfaction with Zoho CRM Plus
Our marketing department runs on zohocrm plus platform. We started with the campaign module and gradually connected the CRM module, salesiq and then the social. In the future we are looking forward to use the other modules within the crm. From managing the customer information from paper, then excel to the managed software is great leap for us.
- Great customer service team.
- Ease of use, intuitive design.
- Plenty of resources, frequent webinars, (paid) workshops in selected US cities.
- Would like to receive 24/7 support at all subscription level.
- Set up support is offered only at the first sign-in. The customer should be able to seek set up help when they are ready.
- It is a robust platform with powerful features. It takes time to deploy. Therefore, the idea of helping set up only at the time of purchase is a big drawback.
- Several vendors help set up the system. But if the user is not familiar it is like buying a fully-loaded car, but using only the basic features.
- A dedicated accounts manager is needed to manage the CRM. In small organizations, it takes time, resources, and imagination to fully utilize all the features.
