Overall Satisfaction with Zoho CRM Plus
I use Zoho CRM Plus for email marketing and as my database with customized fields that assist in marketing segmentation.
- Combines many of the products I need like CRM, Social and Campaigns
- Zoho Meeting camera options like green screen
- Option for US support on some issues (while communication is good at most times, there are times when critical issues arise where a payable option for higher-level support would be helpful)
- Filter to run emails through, like constant contact, to separate bad emails prior to sending.
- Allows me to specialize further in a specialized marketplace
- Provides a distinct advantage over my competition that does not use CRM
- Create market segments that I can be creating while building business in other segments
Best product for the $
It depends on the issue and who answers. Overall, it's been good. The option for US-based support, even at a premium, would be welcome at times.
