Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Reports

We use Zoho reports across our business units. Zoho provides business insight to the feedback that we receive from our customers, helping identify what the problems are, when, in which business units and with which personnel. Actual and trends information help us identify likely troublespots and actions to avoid.

Pros

  • Rapid creation of tailored graphics
  • Filtering of information to identify key information from a myriad of data
  • Easy cross referencing across various data sources
  • Very easy to learn and use

Cons

  • Difficult to replicate exisiting queries across new databases
I have already recommended Zoho to various colleagues. Zoho is excellent for creating graphics of various data sources and replicating those graphics as the data changes over time.
