Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Social
Currently, I have one user in the company who utilizes Zoho across many functions. Zoho Social is primarily used for social media scheduling and optimization. It addresses issues that we have had previously with the time-management functionality of social media - it was simply taking too long and we weren't getting enough posts out there. Today, using the scheduler, we have the ability to manage multiple brands across all of our platforms with the click of a button.
