Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Social
Zoho Social is used within our marketing department to manage all of our social platforms. We want to regularly write engaging content that can be scheduled ahead of time to make the most efficient use of our time. We also want to use the data from the posts to find opportunities for improvement for user engagement.
- Can use it on Linkedin and Google My Business, which many others at this price level do not have
- Great dashboard on sign-in
- Automated and customized reporting
- Filtered calendar views by platform
- Some issues with the images being posted properly
- Cannot customize per platform within a single post
2 - Marketing Communications Specialist and VP of Marketing are the main people in the account. We may be folding customer service into this platform in the future.
- Shortened time to manage new posts.
- Increased engagement with predictive timing.
- Provided new insights for content creation.
Google My Business was not available in any of these, and LinkedIn was not available for all of them at the price level we had budgeted for. Zoho Social had the best dashboard of all. The reporting was better than almost all. The customization of posts was not as good with Zoho, but we found that to be less important than all the other factors. Ultimately the price was great for the value.
